What contributes a loot bag in RVR?

Tbh as a tank, I have found myself coming top 10 purely from guarding a top DPS in the zone (Csi, Zero, etc) so I do think it is working. Either that, or I was lucky.

Been healing and tanking for groups wich both had the highest amount of kills in the zone. Even got some decent amount of kills myself Spend Several hours flipping it then scored 50 on the contribution while the 2 dps classes following us solo in the zone both got gold bags and probobly leached 50 of our group's medalions. I havn't rolled more then a green bag so far and I can't log in durning NA times for "luck management" and increase my chance of getting bags either coz of work. Its a system that doesn't reward effort at all, and tons of players are exploiting the weakness of it to the max. The best option atm is to not play at all and wait for all the greeders and leachers to be done with it and as em to opt out of the medaluons later on.

Killsteals needs to be adressed first or else rdps classes will always leach both contribution bags and all medalions. With the high ratea of RNG rolls atleast tanks and healers have a chance of getting something.

If you pay attention to zone kill counter it's always grouped people with the vast majority of kills, barring a handful of exceptions so it's really a nonissue.

Its not about gear. Its about rewarding people who put in the effort and not the ones trying to leach of those who do.

The model of 1000 RNG and 500 effort seems the wrong way around, this 2/3 random will and does result in encouraging and equipping x-realming , ever wondered why you can come 270+ when your side shows only at 145,
Yes some might be login and out but with the ratio of 2/3 effort x-real have a decent chance to strip you of your reward

Kills. Healing. BO's (cap and def). Resources. Damage on the Keep Lord.

You can earn up to 500 contribution.

You random roll 1-1000. Get lucky.

For kills on bo/keep npc's is it damage contribution or just deathblows?

He is right. You are delusional. This genre requires grind. It is driven by acquisitions, not gameplay. All you are doing by continually whinging is hastening the end.
