Many new items appear, Still 24 is the highest???

Also, RvR purple weapon or sc dominator weapon better???

24 is the max, that is the best you can get by old retail standards, unless devs tweak it for more, it gonna be max value.

the first two are v easy to find in game - either open ToK and go to dwarf T4 inf or visit sc vendors.

3rd is more tricky as you would need to find someone who has it already [not me].

Onesword got the purple Subjugator Sword.
Just go to the armory.
Undefined is +crit.
