WP wound buff

Sorry for my english xD

Since AOE detaunt nerf all WP use Sigmars Grace (wound buff for group). Its good because (decrease TTK, nerf for defence debuffs and wounds debuff).

Now it causes imbalance for realms. I think its a good idea to add healbuff for dok or other healer too.

P.S: I play on order side.
