Changing my Character's name, possible?

So I am currently about 5 days new to this game, but am enjoying it thoroughly. I would like to know if I can change my character's name. His name is Gitemboss and lvl 23, and I have another name i'd rather have, and I want to see if it is possible to change it before reaching Rank 40 and RP 40, which people in game say is an option. When I did .namechange in the game it says

"NAMECHANGE: requests a name change, one per account per month (string new name)"

. So im guessing that means that i can get it for free monthly even though this will just be a one time thing.

You need r40 rr40 as well... Though you can always ask a GM ingame if they would help you out, no promises though
