Macro Syntax for Skills

Can anybody tell me what the macro syntax is for making a macro for a group of abilities I want to spam?

Do not think this type of macro is currently available in-game.

That said, it is currently available through something like this

You're probably looking for NerfedButtons or CastSequencer. Check the addons section.

I wouldn't get to comfortable with the first one. It's not going to be around forever.
