Is there a plan to implement a method to prevent players who are pursuing the story line from being ambushed by higher level opposing characters who are running loose in the zone? The local guards would attack them on sight when the game was live but now they just stand there unless attacked. My experience with this was at "The Norse Are Coming" public quest area.
Perhaps a method that protects players from damage if they are not flagged for RVR, thereby allowing them to pursue the story they are in without the hassle of being killed repeatedly by opponents they have no chance against running through a low level zone.
I apologize if this topic has been asked before, I tried to read through all the threads but was pressed for time.

if you arent flagged for RvR no other player can attack you. Right now the system is a bit unwieldy, but you can already avoid encounters or ganking easily
with a single, simple step:
- Unflag for RvR. Right click your portrait and select said option. Takes 10 minutes, or you could simply relog (log out, and back in again) which automatically unflags you in an instant. As long as you don't attack a player from the enemy faction, heal/buff etc a RvR flagged friendly player, or reenter the RvR lake, they won't be able to touch you.
Additionally, players above your current tier's level cap should turn into a chicken upon RvR action, leaving them defenseless.
