Please be more careful about posting your errors, real names are often in file paths. I have redacted it for you.

I don't know the fix to your particular error but it appears to be (obviously) file-path related. I did notice that the part of the path in question that contains your name has a space and often that can cause errors (at least that is true for Windows path variables) and typically you would have to wrap the path in quotation marks to "escape" that space in your name. Idk your general computer skills but that may be something to investigate and pay close attention to if you have to reinstall.

The launcher (and all the files from that download) needs to be in the same folder as war.exe.
