Solved - I Can't Make A Character

I got to the title screen through the launcher and there is no where to create a character. Please help!

New to the game or button missing?

In case you are new:

If there are no characters yet, you get directly to the process of choosing ( we only got one server). You'll see the six races. Just click one of the figures representing the races and look at what classes they got to offer. You can go back and forth and will be redirected to the personalisation process as soon as you chose the career to go for. Rest is click and hope for the name not being taken.


In case the button is missing: Teeeeech support!

I was getting the black box. I reinstalled everything and now I am fine. Thanks for responding.
