loggin error

First of all THANKS A FRAKLOT for this game! i am so hyped! and a good job to all of you and keep going!
Now to the problem : So i download the game everything works well,i press connect it pops the warhammer window and it shows all the steps down to loggin competed and THEN a message : you have been removed from server ,please check your email for further details and i get nothing on my mail :/ Could you be of assistance?

so i cant seem to make any characters after i log in and the text that pops up is.

I've actually had the same issue as TheEmperorProtects13, and I'm not sure how to fix it or how to move on from it? If anyone knows anything on how to fix it, it would be much appreciated!

Same issue. The main bug-fix list in the support forum doesn't seem to have anything regarding this specific issue. Did you find a fix in the end?
