Is there any roleplay outside from guilds who are simply race restricted? Like a group of people who enjoy storytelling or DMing and uses the pve aspect of the game for roleplaying?

Well if you go over the Market Place in front of the AH.
Some spontaneos roleplay erupts sometimes when elfs and dwarfs meet, or dwarven players of different guilds.

I am tottaly in for that , in fact i have been scouring maps for , lets say , elloquent localites , they are quite many to be honest.
Other than that , DMing is an aspect i would like to see , but it is yet to be decided on how it will function

I'd be all for that, though I don't think I have a character high enough to be of any use. Highest Destro is a 15 Zealot and highest Order is a 13 Witch Hunter.
