E-Mail declared as spam (for admins)

Hi Guys,

First of all I'm glad that you run this game for us.
I just recently tried to create an account but did not receive an E-Mail.
My prefered mailprovider is very good at filtering spam and out of that reason there is no spam folder at all.
So I registered with a different mail account, took the "sent from" address and asked my provider to check for the reason why the mail is not received.

Here is the answer (translated by me) with th original in german a few lines below.

mail sending server have to be identical in "helo" (Server is promoting it's name) and "hostname" (Server sends it's name) as of RFC.
In this case they are not.
This is not only the behaviour of a misconfigured mail server but also typical with spam sendes. Out of this reason these mails will not pass the receipt process and will be rejected as undeliverable back to the sender.
In this case you should contact the sender and inform him of the misconfiguration.

bei Postausgangsservern müssen die Ausgaben "helo" (Server nennt seinen Namen) und "hostname" (Server sendet seinen Namen) nach RFC identisch sein.
Sie sind es in diesem Fall nicht.
Dies ist nicht nur das Verhalten eines fehlkonfigurierten Postausgangsservers sondern auch das von typischen Spamversendern. Und aus letzterem Grund werden diese Nachrichten noch im Annahmeprozess von uns abgelehnt und mit einer Unzustellbarkeitsnachricht zurück an den Absender gesendet.
Sie sollten in diesem Fall Kontakt mit dem Versender aufnehmen und diesen auf seine Fehlkonfiguration hinweisen.

This could be the reason.

I don't know your exact setup but there should be a possibility to stay RFC compliant with cloudflare setup.

Probably a cloudflare or other mailproviders mail relay would be a solution.
I'm afraid that my personal knowledge of mailservers is not good enough to provide more information that may resolve the issue.

But I don't think that you are the only one with this problem at cloudflare.
