Solved - Active account, all character wipe

Hello, i have played 6 months (Nov 2015 - April 2016) with a friend and my account is still active.

My friend has all of his characters, but all of mine have diseapper and are no more in the armory.

Took me hundreds hours to level max and stuff them, same with all crafts...

Is it possible to have them back ?

I have the names and some screens : Zephyrae / Zephyras / Zephira / Zephaim

If they were caught in the wipe (may 2016? I cant remember when it was) they are gone and cant be restored. Sorry
