error "application didnt start correctly (0x000007b)

Hello, this morning i did a complete cleaning on my computer.

After this, i tried to reinstall the game and the error from file d3dx9_34 appeared
I downloaded it and placed it in Warhammer Online - ROR.
Then i tried to launch the game and the error 0x000007b is here.
I didnt find any topic with the answer on the forum for this error.

If anyone have the clue, you are welcome !!
