Sigmarite Acolyte

So, where is this npc? i took the quest Encroaching Darkness, and made burning windmill quest, and now i have to go give the quest to the npc, but hes not on a marker/map. Halp?

Open map>Search Traitor's Crossing Landmark.

The easiest way I've found is to head away from the village where the two roads intersect into a "v". Straddle the middle of that "v" as you leave and you'll run right into their little camp. You'll pass some wolves and norse raiders along the way.
