Blacked out box once game launches. Windows 10 User

Hello,

I have spent the last hour looking over all the other posts because I hate to be the one that repost.
I have looked through all the tutorials.
I have gotten rid of the read-only.
I have switch the launcher from the folder it was created in to the actual game folder.
I have tried the launcher from the game site and also another launcher from a post I saw on the forum. Get same issue with both launchers.
Couple posts I saw mention of right clicking the launcher and "unblocking" it but I dont see anything like that within the properties. Dont know if its because Im using windows 10 or not.

When attempting to launch the "warpatch" I receive:

"The patch client was unable to retrieve the file [patcher.prod.sig] from patch server (0 total errors encountered). Please try the patch operation again in a short while."

The game launches fine but i do get an error message right before game loads in:

After the game loads in it Im able to accept everything Im suppose to but after that it just sits on a screen where characters would normally be and a black empty box to the right and it does nothing.

Uninstalling completely and redoing everything over the same exact way seem to fix issue.
