I'd be happy to say yes ! But it's not easy since fights are moving (so order player move away from keg) some of them are full life but entering in the 9 target of the keg so doesn't make any heal , you have also the time where the engineer is moving from BO to BO (cannot heal on the move) and when engineer is dead (could takes a while sometimes with no Rez to wait for Rel , then comeback from spawn to battle .
That's why it never happen , engineer can use properly the heal keg in statics fight phases .
Maybe it's possible to go to 100k without cleansing but I think it d happen in logrin forge rathen than nordenwatch . But yes everything is possible

i guess engi was standing at flag with heal keg
and others joined at flag as big blob
there were a lot of AoE, DoT but no spike
so order healed them all
i'm shocked as you that order had 4 healers in pug SC
but don't blame engie
imagine this
each of 6 ppl pull 35lvl mobs
and engie stand middle with heal keg for 15min
engie can have that heal number
4 order healers made you 35lvl mobs for example
and others joined at flag as big blob
there were a lot of AoE, DoT but no spike

Ah, this was a normal conversation and not a nerf keg one.

Your initial Question was:

Answer:
Numbers are not sufficient in SC compare. I have checked some SC screenshots from me in the past.
I had SCs with engi who were 15 mins long and had 46k damage 45k heal.
And 15 minutes one with 84k damage 103k heal.
But at everyone pure order healer was above my damage + heal and slayers also above my damage + heal.
Also at the same time, If I had an rifle Engie in the SC his damage heal ratio was complete on damage:
I 32k damage, 96k heal
Rifle Engi 123k damage 4k healing (which was his pots I think)
ANSWER:
Numbers aren't telling anything. It is more about distribution or the part damage and heal.
Rifle 90% Damage, 10% Heal
Grenadier and Tinkerer 50% Damage, 50% Heal
All these numbers can be changged by +20%/-20%.
