just now i died within 1 second .. without debuff. that is because may AVG320(ms) traffic is i don't have time to respond.
in us sever AVG150(ms) was playful but here i got shocked by died.

with that ping enemy start hitting you from 30feet away in your screen
and 20%hp is actually almost 0
basically your reaction is slow like 2sec
deftard tank is only thing that can cover those gap with defence
You got focused by a high RR sorc + magus (SpectrasoulNuclearpotato)
Some damaging abilities are projectiles and have a traveling time depending on the range to the enemy, which means casters can time their rotation to hit two or more abilities in one second. That's all i can see on the screenshot, despite the horrible background.
A round trip time of 320 ms is about 1/3 second and i don't think that made a difference in this case. There is also lag compensation code in place to help people who connect to the server from afar.
