Hello. Need HELP.
I encountered a problem entering the game on one of their accounts.
With 5.12.2016 I can't go. Password recovery using the e-mail did not help, not one of my mailbox didn't fit.
How can I recover the password, and again to start using your game account? What will it take?

Password recovery can sadly take about a week to take effect on the launcher and ingame services, it will change your password on the website immediately...

So if the issue is that you forgot password then all I can advice is to change it and have patience.

The problem is that I forgot the mailbox, which registered the account ((((

You probably shouldn't use so many different emails then.
