crashing when open character window

crashing when open character window

Hey all,

I noticed that I often crash when i am opening my character window (P) or when spec other character.
Basically i can see the character window open, but when i put my cursor on item to see what i am wearing, the game crash instantly.

Hope this information could help to get less crash for everyone,
