Windows 10 and error C visual

Hello!
So... after updating windows 10... I got first an authentication error, then it got solved alone... I could even play for 1 day and then I started getting the error C visual 2650 runtime error... I checked the forum, tried the NB thing, tried malwares, tried the screen... nothing is working... yesterday it went directly to one of my chars and then the error popped up, today I don´t see any character, nologin, nothing... just runtime error c visual...
Could someone help me please? I´ve tried to play and fix it for days and nothing is working

Yes, when I try to log it says: Microsoft c+ runtime library: Runtime error! Program: c/ users... R6025 -Pure virtual function call.

check in Programs and Features to see if you have Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 x64 installed. If not MIGHT TRY to install that as well. \
