These two abilities add willpower as a secondary affect to the tank itself and oathfriend/dark protector. The willpower is added correctly but the disrupt that is suppose to be gained by the willpower buff is not shown on the character sheet nor shown on the getstats command.

.getstats command doesn't show disrupt rate.

So... is this working as intended and the disrupt is being added but we just don't see it?
Or is the disrupt not being added by the willpower buff?

I don't know what addon to use to see correct stats anymore. I used to run paperdoll but it is inaccurate.

Does this warrant a bugreport.

As far as I know, it increases Disrupt correspondingly in IB and BG. About a 10-12% increase at max grudge/hate.
