Faction crashes

Couldn't quite decide which forum seemed most appropriate for this... so I'm leaving it here, sorry!

Just now while defending the keep in T3 Elf pairing, the entirity of Destruction crashed twice (around 10% on both the inner and outer gates), disbanding the entire warband and rather screwing the keep defence over. Saw it happen once last week in Tier 2 as well but it was open field and order had moved onto a BO when we logged back in, so wasn't sure if it was the entire tier or not (BO was close to their warcamp).

No idea what causes it or if there's anything that can be done, but thought it needed to be brought to dev's attention.
