Game crashs vid card goes out and banned?

So i was running around solo in t1 pvp area in Dwarf or Elf and i got my character stuck on some toch's near the road way by accidently running too close to them. Being my 3-4th day playing ROR i took the advice of other players and went to type /stuck stuck. I typed it once and then mispelled it twice by accident as countdown began. I Typed stuck the second time as the timer expired and my screen turned into random colored lines. My computer wouldn't work till i replaced my video card and now im not able to reconnect to ROR. I'd like to ask for a GM's help as i wasn't trying to do anything in game that was against the rules. Im not asking for my vid card to be replaced or anything. Like to make the game bug known so others can avoid that too.

The game is currently down, and will be down till tomorrow sometime i would assume. That's why you can't connect right now.
