2. Explain why it's an issue: The auras make them the best tanks in game, the others tanks can't compete against that.
3. Propose a viable solution to the problem: Probably it won't be the best solution or it won't be possible to implement... but an idea to improve the game experience for chosen/kotbs players increasing the "challenge" to play both classes could be adding a toggle to the auras.
That way an aura will buff your party when is "off" and debuff the enemies when is "on". Not doing both things at the same time. Players should choose if you need to play defensive or if you can push and choose the offensive effect.
Most of the auras have both effects, but some of them would require to add a 2nd effect.

Buff all res/ Debuff all res
Buff tou/ Debuff tou
Give ap/ Lose ap
Reduce cast time/Increase cast time
(Reduce heal debuff on groupmates)/Heal debuff on enemies
And the last 3 auras are the ones that need to create a 2nd effect...
I said that maybe is not the best solution, but the design that mythic did with the mechanic is so weird...
