Characters Missing, Please Help

Hello,

I was absent a few months from this game and came back in the last week or so. When I did all my characters were gone. I have since created two new low level characters. It has only been a few months at most and I can still see some of them on the armory. I have no idea why they are no longer tied to my account.

Some of my names are Khellindil, Sehenine, Aneiron and more. I can still see Khellindil and Sehenine on the armory, but I cannot find my AM (Aneiron) who I think was lvl 40.

Please help, I really want to get my characters back if possible.

Some of my other characters are Azmodaan and on Destro, Tyranion and Malvenna.

They deleted alot of characters from inactive accounts. All mine were gone as well. I suggest you check to see how many of your names are still free and start over.

Did you read what I said? I can still see these characters in the armory, but they are not on my character selection screen. I don't think they have been deleted.
