[Declined] Kotbs/Chosen Super punts

These two tactics are basicly the number 1 counters to Guard abillity in the game and even tho i like having some way to reduce the guard effect these tactics comes with negative aplications of em aswell.

1: Despite the tactics, they are ttatched to the two strongest tank classes in the game.
2: The velocity of the hight causes alot of sitation were the target get stuck in terrain when they land and have to use a /stuck command. In these situation it's basicly the same as a 1 shot - dead abillity.

So here's my sugested change to the tactics. (Dunno if it's aplicble or not)

Hastened Dissmisall/Banish Darkness
Reduces Repel/RD cooldown by 50% and Repel/RD also reduce the effective range of Guard/Save Da Runtz on the target by 90% for 5 seconds.

Your premise solely targets tanks, while there are potentially situations where you want to kick Healer away from their team or MDPs off your groupmembers. With this suggestion you completely ignore any collateral damages to other situations.
