We've been addresing the issue.

And addresing these comments about "if ya were da rel Rk lul"
I never played in a rvr WB focus guild on live and don't have much experience with this sort of thing. This is why this topic exists. But what do you know, last time I checked we are one of the few guilds that actually took an iniciative for an international rvr wb guild...

Ignore the haters.

Ran with you guys a few times and compared to my experience with Crimson on Live, you got a long road ahead of you, but you are trying and got an eagerness to learn. Keep practising and you will get better and better.

Key is getting guild members that wish to spec for a WB. Last few times you had too many WLs, WHs and other classes that are unfortunately sub par for a WB. You also had way too many lowbies, and under geared people, but that will come with time. What you can change is to ensure people spec for Resolute Defense, tanks run sword and board and spec defensively, people stay together and move as one and everyone is on voice comms.

But you know all this and are working on it. Practise makes perfect! Good luck!

Up until recently are goal was to get a WB (that means getting a full 24 man). Now we are trying to get at least 2 proper groups going. We aren't taking in any other classes for now except slayer, SM, WP and BW

Group 1:
Engineer (pull)
SW (Street sweeper sepc w/ leading shots and the tactic that reduced defenses by 15% when they get avoided)
BW (proc spec)
RP
WP

Group 2:
Same as above

Group 3:
Slayer (shatter limbs)
Knightx2 (specs that meet up)
DPS RP w/ aoe heal debuff
WP
RP

Group 4:
same as above

You could also just do an entire WB of IB's w/ axe slam M4 and AM's with morale pump and wipe people off the face of the planet until it gets nerfed.
Throw a 2H KOTBS in group one or two with the AoE wounds debuff? Or have 2H as the 2nd kotbs in G4 and G3?

Let us then examine the hypothesis of a , guarded Wrath - burst damage and healing , WPs with 2handed maces or book charms
With working morales , especially Penance , mass ressurection and the such , it would be keen

I remember a pretty neat trick to all consume the moral build potion, followed by aoe moral bomb (rank 2) + combined with AOE support from the warband.. Very effictive indeed.
Any odd ST characters focus-fire healers and dps that remain.

As mentioned CQ for BW can't be used unless in Fireball spec.. Fiery Blast could work, though.. but that's fairly limiting if you are going for AOE damage, plus, Flashfire better tactic because the way it proc's off of any AOE or disrupt, which is fairly common when facing destro tanks.. (this changed 1.3.x )
