Siege weapon prices/Kill Quest reward as siege weapon

Hello,

I noticed for some time, that people complain a lot about siege weapon price. When I checked them myself I was little sad to see that prices are too steep.

I don't remember what was the prices on LIVE, but here we don't have the same number of people to play.

Ideally would be:
-decrease siege weapon prices by half
-gives siege weapons as reward for RvR Kill Quests (25 kills - light or medium weapons, 50/50/50 kills - medium or heavy weapons) along with gold/xp reward
