Lesti, what ya think of this build? Sniperbuild with keg, requires Merc gear stacked with ballistics or perhaps even toughness so i can stack the 150+ str, ball and weaponskill buff. Seems more cost effective. Tracer rounds seems to be a must. I like Phos. shells but i guess i can switch it for extra ammo or quick reloader. Opinion?
