cand get over the first loading screen

hello,

i just created a charakter and tryed to enter the game, but the first loading screen loads forever...
I allready tryed several relogins.
Any Issues?

thcoop sometimes if it doesnt let you through, type /stuck twice, it may get you out of that loop.

Worked for my buddy, but I had to rapidly spam it with /stuck (enter), (enter) /stuck over aqnd over again before it finally worked
