server has closed your connection ( constantly )

recent disconnection have some particular things, first others are fine
when it happens i can't reconnect for about 1 min 30sec
launchers web server turns red though website is fine
after 1 min i can enter game and if i stayed in game it reconnect automatically ( not always )
but same error occurs constantly in less than 1 min play in game
sometimes i give up or it suddenly disappear after 5~15 mins constant DC

DC starts alway when i'm in rvr lake or sc
it feels like if some enemy approaches to me, server has to kick me and prevent to connect

FYI, i play from south korea. ping is 280~300
