Wierd delay on skills

For last 2-3 days i`ve noticed wierd annoying thing, very often (its random) some skills effects trigger after small delay 1-1.5s, like mount ups, buffs ... Is it known issue or its just my connection again asking for trouble:)?

You can check your ping to the server by going into task manager>performance>resource monitor then under TCP connections your will see WAR.exe and your latency.

I did what you said and i found it goes from 30-60ms. I think its right.
Central Europe location.

Could be that you or someone else is periodically maxing out your bandwith from something like yt videos or netflix which can cause your latency to spike big time for a couple seconds each time something buffers on their end if you don't have a particularly fast connection.
