The game don't run :'(

Hi there!

I have little problems for launch the game. I fixed the "data.myp" problem but now, i have an other problems and i don't see solutions on an other topic. I start the launcher and i log in. A window appears (The window of the game i presume. Same window when we click on War.exe). But this windows disappears, 5 seconds after i launch her. So why? Compatibility with windows 8 or something else?

I'm sorry if my english is bad!

Tried downloading the game again? Try changing some security settings on your computer to allow War.exe to have access.

Make sure you got your DirectX and .net framework up to date.

I have Direct X and Framework up to date! I download the game again, let see, but the login server is down now,no? I can't log in.

Maybe as an hint. Install DirectX 9c manually. Uptodate DirectX only emulate 9. Caused many problems on my laptop with older games.

Be a bit carefull of DirectX sources.Many fakes around.

I installed DirectX 9c manually! So for that, all seem to be ok. But i still can't login. Login server is marked with a red cube. That means, server down or the problem comes from me?

Mmmhhh no... Server come back, but same thing, the window of the game disappear after i start it. I have no more ideas for resolve this sh*t.

If its the same client i have downloaded aeons ago, its a preused one.
Maybe you should check /Gamefolder/user/usersettings.xml with an editor.
Maybe it contains some grafik settings your pc doesent support.Sometimes also have crashes ingame but so far not in the startscreens.
I Play for a few hours now, dont think the server was offline.
Maybe check your Firewall or Security-software?(launcher and war.exe like Elven said)
That short appearance of the gamescreen points into a security softwares direction for me wich stops the programm.
And dont use bad words. Many had trouble at the start, but i think most made their way into the game.
There is still hope^^

Gat dammit...

I check the usersettings... nothing...
I check, Avast, firewall... nothing...
I think this game can't run on Windows 8.1 64 bits
I think i uninstall and go play an other game x)

I retry this morning and it work x) I changed nothing during the night. WTF!
