after starting RoR launcher i have that error message

Hi, i'm getting the same problem and the solution isnt working as CMD just says "error couldnt........." due to error codes 5 or 2

If you're getting this line of code in your error log:

at System.Diagnostics.PerformanceCounterLib.get_NameTable()
at System.Diagnostics.PerformanceCounterLib.get_CategoryTable()

You need to rebuild performance counters.
