After that my idea is to have a system which either puts you in a loser bracket or winner bracket. If you win a match then you move into a next scenario against other that won. I think that would be cool but anyways there is way to few players here for any other option IMHO.

Oh this would be cool for city instances, too.

RIFT adopted the 2+ players model for warfronts/scenarios - which lead to awful scenarios for people trying to play as a 3 man, 4man not optimized - as the majority of the time you would then face full premades and have no chance. Which ment rarely any pops for organized people at all. People would split up into small groups of 2 in hopes of faster pops.

With the small population actually queing for sc's regularly, I am pretty sure the premades are going to not get pops for 20-30mins+ if that gets implemented - like in rift and they were doing cross servers.

precisely. i really cba to have to wait for 20-30minutes for a scenario pop just for being in a group, which is why i feel the first option would probably be the most realistic and achievable given what we have to work with.

the amount of 1 healer per 12 person scs i've been getting on destro is awful. Maybe it's not the manager itself?

We need penalties for leaving, and we need an "I am ready" check for scenarios so they don't start totally ****. It's also been a complete feeding frenzy in scenarios the past few days as guilds have stopped doing rvr altogether and only que scs now... meaning pug life is at an all time low. Especially destro side, which seems to have almost no 6 man guilds running in comparison to order.

also if reikland factory isn't in this next rotation i might just hang myself

I think the same thing will happen with option 1. Just notice who you play with and against when you do a bunch of scenarios in a row, i.e. que direcly after finishing the previous one. The people you play with and against are, to a large extent, usually the same ones. It is not that uncommon to be up with or against the same premade for several scenarios in a row. This is of course because of the low population and it still happens in EU primetime. This problem is not unique for premades. I play alot in the mornings, and I have pugged 99.9 % of the scenarios i have played on this server, and it is often the case that you have long winning or losing streaks in the "true pug" scenarios in the mornings. This is again down to population, one side has better pug players/classes online and completely stomps the other side for 4-6 scenarios until that balance shifts.

In the evening there are usually a few of the better/ very good premades around. If you happen to enjoy playing this game with your friends (as it should be played imo) but are only avarage or run with whatever you have online you will just be stomped and eventually stop quing. Just look at the terrible mess that is ranked pvp in swtor; team ranked instantly died and everyone just qued solo because the pecking order was established very fast.

Pug only scenarios might work okish, but I personally still think it is a bad idea, if this server gets a decent population. Trying this before we have such a population will produce terrible results.

Population problem is because premades stomp over and over on casual players,(you said it yourself) so population is weak !
How much population would there have to be for premade party to increase?

I think for the most part , premades are not going to want to play against other premades period .
Why do players form a 6 man ? "To win and not loose"! So why swet over how long it takes for premades getting a SC pop,the best of the best premades will stop majority of premades from Quieng ! The end result : premades playing in RVR where they belong !
until the mean time let the casual players suffer tell there be a SC power change in favor for casual players! This is the population problem !!!

Population is not low because premades "stomp over and over on casual players".

The best thing on live was that pretty much everyone ran premades regardless of level of skill. This bs that casual players should not run premades has to stop. Casual players should run premades but should not worry about min/max and always running perfect comp/speccs. Thye should play in premades becuase the game is much more fun when you play with your friends in decent comps.

population is much lower than live, leading to you running into the same groups often. If order is constantly running 2 melee trains premades chances are you are gonna run into one of them more times than not even in EU time.

On live you had hundreds of people in que and tons of diff groups/pugs. At least when i played before the mega server (ded gaem).
