Can't create a char

Hello guys,
as the topic says I can't create a char.
I just have a black background and can't select anything.

Yes, I did.
Didn't help me either.

Perhaps one of the texture files is still set to read only and preventing the client from accessing it.

Try unchecking "read only" on the game folder. Right click Warhammer Online folder > properties > uncheck read only > OK.

Tried it, didn't help either.
I managed to create a character even with the black background and when I press "Play" the game closes.

Do you get any error message at all when you load the launcher or click the connect button?

I had the error where I had to replace the launcher and I had the authentication error as well, but I fixed them. I browsed the forum and found a thread about someone who had to change his data file, because he saw only the cinematic and credits tab, maybe this will help ? I'm asking because I couldn't download the file you've posted in his thread.

Same thing. I'll get my black background, press play, getting a loading screen and the game closes :s
