SH questtion chewtop

Hi my SH is wearing the chewtop of the Mercenary. On it is 52 life all 4 sec. Is it possible that this dosent work??

Hallo mein SH hat die chewtop of Mercenary an. Auf der brust ist 52 leben alle 4 sekunden. kann es sein das das nicht funktioniert zumindest tut es das bei mir nicht.

supposedly it adds the health points out of combat only, not during combat.

That was fixed on live, not sure if it made it to this version or not.

Havent tested myself but have been told it works in combat just fine, if u want to test it yourself fly to t1, go to starter area and have a level 1 or something mob beat on you and see if u get the hp regen.

It works, it might seem insignificant due to the fact it is only 52 HP per 4 seconds.
