Question about Armory data

Was checking out the armory and noticed a curious thing...

Why are certain players on the top whatever of renown being displayed as having several thousand of days played, equaling ten to twenty years - while others have more modest and logical number of days, equaling a month or two?

A bug related to the ToK, I believe. It's existed since the days of Tier 1 only. I have a few characters with 34,000 days of game time. Although it feels like I've spent that much time :lol:
