Where to turn in "The Shame of WAR!"?

Completed the subject quest but can't find where to turn it in. There is no NPC named in the quest. I've been all over T4 and have not seen it anywhere on the map. It's the one where you have to kill 50 each of Greenskins, Chaos, and Dark Elves. Reward is 80K XP and 3g so I don't want to miss out on that. ;)

Not sure if it's bugged so I reported it through the in-game bug reporter.

The Shame of WAR can be turned in to Kag-something Malo-something in the TM Order warcamp. He's slightly down the hill and to the left, looking into the RvR lake.

Forgive my ignorance but I can't find a "TV" warcamp anywhere. Also tried to find an NPC named Kag... Malo... but couldn't. Thanks.

Yeah, it's Thunder Mountain, TM. For some reason in my head I was calling it Thunder Valley... :(
