Blue & purple drops

Hello, just a quick information: I remember that blue and purple drops were put on halt for some reason, is that correct? Is it just for PVE or RVR also? If so, are there any plans to reintroduce those items?

The lvl 37 (dont know the name) and 39 (harbinger) purple drops arent here just yet, though there are some harbinger items of the server due too a drop screw up in drop tables at some time during when t3 was end game. But lvl 37 and 39 blues are there (grim and presage i think) are in game though extremely rare

as are r35 blues and purples,did drop at t3 release for about 2 weeks until fixed if you killed high ranked npc. So more fo a destro thing

And ultimately they will return,but I am pretty sure the devs want to revamp the items statwiese first,so the stats make actual sense.

Green items from npc vendors are pretty nice though for main and off spec,maybe check them out until you got set gear.

One of the DB team answered this a little while back, basically they don't have all the item finished as they have to dig through all the random purples/blues that dropped from things like TovL/City and what have you on top of world drops.
