Anyone know if the Blood Soaked Sigil set is in game?

EDIT: I was able to figure out the item names. It's the "Blood Soaked Sigil" set of accessories. Two pieces, one called "Torment" and one called "Strife".

Strife is obtained by completing the Demoted Ghoul bestiary tome unlock in Death Peak.
Torment is obtained by completing the Coin of the Trade Skeleton bestiary tome unlock in Cinderfall.


Does anyone know if these items are in the game?
