Cos t3 is closer to t4 than t2 is.
That and how hard it is currently to get influence because capturing bo's doesn't give any.
No scenario kill-quests and the recent removal of siege-gear-use renown gain in keep sieges doesn't help either.
Yup, it's the general direction RoR is currently taking but apparently better things will be coming.
I'm hoping the lack of RoR enjoyment now will pay off in the long term.
But hey there are plenty of other games to play if it doesn't! we must all be patient and hope for the best.

the serve does not have the population to 4 tiers
