Launcher issue: Connect - button not responding

I try to log on as normal, I press the Connect button and it is as if the element does not work, it just glows but the button itself is not functioning.

What to do? I was able to log in fine before the DDos attacks, havent played during or after them, but now I tried to get back into battle but the launcher buttons are not responding. I tried downloading new launcher, I'm afraid I have to try and load the game again.
