My friend create an account and letter still didnt reach his email.

You can request the activation email again, when you try to log in. Check the spam folder if it doesn't go into the inbox.

He tried do this actions. Second requesr do nothing. Spam folder is empty.

You should probably provide some more information, or try to get your friend in contact with a GM directly instead of playing the middle man for them (elven seems to have his email in his signature, so that would be a good start).

Try a different email provider. I think there was a popular email site which blocked the emails.

Are they using standard English characters for the account name or password, or are there special characters (* & % { and so on) included in the username or password?
