Being used by another pocess

I logged off for dinner a few days ago, came back to log in and get:

as an error message.

I have since restarted my PC, searched forum after forum for a solution and reinstalled the game.

Stuff and things have their 'read only' boxes unchecked, more things are being ran as Administrator.

ROR launcher can be the very first thing I do when I turn of le PC, but nothing changes.

Please help me, I'm going nuts(er)

Have you tried moving the game folder elsewhere on your computer?

Usually moving game folder and a restart will resolve this. Check the processes in task manager to ensure it's not running.

Try downloading the RoR launcher again.

Nothing running in task master, Full clean install of WAR done with new ROR launcher.

OK, so I haven't changed anything since I reinstalled it and it seems to have fixed itself. But Now I'm getting booted to server screen every 2 minutes.
