guild gone

hello! just logged in after this recent server downtime and me and my mates guild is gone! and no we havent been kicked since my friend who also was guildless upon logging in, was the guildleader.
i did send an ingame csr appeal, but im not sure if that function is working so im writing here aswell. any assistance on the matter would be appriciated.

Yup, looks like we lost about 40 toons in DoE, same in alliance guilds :P

It is known. Not all characters and guilds are loaded from the DB, due to an exception.

Azarael is aware of it and will look into it when he can.

Do not re-invite members. Granted, it shouldn't cause problems if you do, but there is no need.

An error is occurring when the guilds are loading the member lists from the DB. The guilds still have all of their members, they simply aren't loaded from the DB into the game. No records are deleted, no records are "missing" from the DB.
