Questions about Forum PM and potential RoR rule violations?

Hello, somewhat new to RoR (about 2+ weeks) -- first of all, thanks for bringing us back Warhammer; also thanks for working to change it for the better.

Been looking around the forums trying to figure some things out and had some left over questions:

1) Forum PMs -- what does it take to be able to send PMs to forum users/GM?

2) Regarding the rule: "First and foremost: Don't Be A ****. This means no flaming, no trolling, no disruptive behaviour, and showing respect to other players and the staff."

I was wondering where to draw the line on what constitutes a violation of this, when there is rampant offensive or disrespectful behavior (at least the kind you would consider offensive/disrespectful in real-life) in the community, especially in PvP/RvR situations. Some of which are in good fun (i.e. "RolePlay"), but others...

A couple of times, I felt offended to report people for "rude" behavior but thought maybe I was being petty to take offense from them in a game. But would I have been justified to report these cases?

I cite a few examples that I had considered reporting:

2.1) "Noob" calling. It probably comes as no surprise that some players are not as good as others. And some players feel inclined to tell other players to "L2P" or "play your class the right way" etc. etc.
I would be the first to admit to doing many stupid things, sub-optimal builds, accidentally running into scen guards, etc. etc. going offensive as a tank class, not healing teh bestest, etc etc. In almost all cases, I would say this comes from being actually a worse player or not knowing any better; as opposed to out-right trolling behavior (i.e. deliberately make everyone else's gaming experience worse through my player actions)
So, in these situations, players saying "GTFO" or "L2P NOOB" -- is that behavior in breach of the ToS?

2.2) "#!$% YOU" direct cursing. In one occasion, I was looking for a quest goal, got lost, probably wandering in destro lands as order. Stumbled upon a Chosen standing by the road, started attacking him. He immediately started cursing "@#!$ YOU" etc. Since I realized I couldn't kill him, I decided to run away. He followed chase, continuing to yell "@!@# YOU" for a couple minutes until I ran into a herd of mobs and died. And then he kept saying "@!#$ YOU" on my corpse.
Granted, I attacked him first and fled and died shamefully (lol), so i thought he had "righteous fury" as an excuse. Still, the language, and the kind of environment that he created with that language. (Actually, to be fair, my language filter was on, so he might have been saying "LOVE YOU", for all I knew...)

2.3) A lvl 5 elf/SM (non bolstered) took over a ballista in t3 inside the Saphery Keep during keep defense and did not use it in defense. So, the game allows for this mechanic, and there is nothing explicit in the rules against it, but could that be construed as "trolling" because he effectively "denied" one siege weapon from use during a siege, and we couldn't kill him and the previous owner was no longer around to reclaim the siege?

3) Multiboxing criteria -- When 2 or more ppl in the same household behind the same router NAT play, in some games like MUDs that gets flagged as "multiplaying". Is this the same interpretation of the rule, or can my roommate and I play concurrently from the same router without getting flagged? e.g. different ppl, separate PCs, sharing same household internet connection?

Thanks for any info!

I will respond to numbers 2. Yes they are in violation. Especially 2.2, best advice, especially if they continue to do it after you ask them to stop or appoligise for being new, then take a screen shot and send it to the Game Masters on the forums. Most, if not all, have their emails in their forums signatures.

But make sure you try and talk to them first, then, report it.
From there is it up to them to take action.

You can send PM's after you have posted on the forums 3 times.

Heya and welcome here ^^

Answer to 1.
You can send PMs to anyone, staff included, after you reached 3 posts on forum
Answer to 2.
What Gerv mentioned in his post.
We rely of people's common sense but with some players, that is not present. So whenever you think a player or more have been unjust too you, insulted you or such, to be blunt has been a d*ck to you, feel free to report to any GM. Your report has to contain evidence ofc, we will take over after that and decide upon it.

Answer to 3.
Multiboxing - when 1 person controls more than 1 character in game. (for example, the most excuses we got when one was multiboxing :" i am leveling my wife's/friend's/gf's character" excuses.)
In the case you presented, yes, more people can log from same IP as long as it is not what i mentioned above.
