Can't Play, Need Help

Hello,

I've been trying to solve this problem for days. I have the data.myp problem. I navigated te forum and found a solution that was offered in the topic above, but the weird thing is that I can't disable read only, but If I go to cmd and type diskpart it says that all my volumes are NOT read only. Windows 7 is my system. Moreover, when this error appears I still can login to the menu, but I have only a couple of menus available to me, I cannot create a character. Can you please help since I couldn't solve this on my own?

Well you can try rebuilding performance counters
1- Go to start, and type in the search box "cmd". Right click cmd, and run as administrator.
2- Type in the command console, "cd c:\windows\system32", and hit enter.
3- Then type "lodctr /r", and hit enter.
