Doesn't look like a problem with the game.

Have you tried updating/reinstalling your graphics drivers?

Make sure all directx and Visual c++ are up to date.

If still not fixed, try clean graphics drivers install. It's the laptop causing the problem, so if that doesn't fix it.

Not much else I can do... You could try using an external monitor and see if it flickers on that.

Hi (sorry 4 my eng, i am from rus)
I have the same problem. My monitor resolution is 1366x768. So if i use full screen mode - its the same like you have. But the solution of the problem is - set full sceen resolution of your monitor and set windowed mode. And it will be the same as a full screen, but without that problem.

So i set 1366x768 and window mode - and play. GL.
