Chasing Shadows Quest in Saphery

Picked this quest up, finally found the map it was asking me to find, and now it seems there is nowhere to turn it in. I tried talking to all the quest givers in Thornvale Manor and Menuthil's Burden, but no response was given. Just wondering if I am missing something. I even tried going back to the map and double clicking it to see if it would somehow auto complete. Nada.
